Summer Art Themed Weeks
Week-long art classes tailored for students to engage their creativity and art making skills. Each week students explore a theme through a variety of art projects. Each student works in their own unique artistic style building self-confidence in a fun and creative environment. We have new creative projects every summer!!!

Classes will run Monday-Friday, during these weeks:
July 6-10; 10am-12pm: Surf & Sun with Miss Julie (Ages 5-10)- Think of Summer at the beach in the sun having fun! Make canvas paintings, watercolor paintings, drawings, and sculptures, and more inspired by sandy adventures down the shore! ($155.00, includes all supplies)
July 6-10; 10am-12pm: 9:30am-12:30 pm: Sewing & Embroidery with Miss Laura (Ages 9-15) NEW PROJECTS! Return student and new students will learn new things together! Learn the basics of sewing with a needle and thread, and how to start and create embroidery projects. Learn how to sew a bag, shirt, use a sewing machine, and learn creative embroidery stitches! Perfect for the beginner or those who want to improve their skills in this small class. Be creative with fabric and stitches and express yourself in a new material! ($175.00, includes all supplies)
July 13-17; 10am-12pm: Animal Art with Miss Julie (ages 5-10) - All creatures great and small expressed through painting, drawing, sculpture, mixed media and more. Students get creative making art about their favorite animals in all kinds of environments learning art technique and building their skills throughout this week. ($155.00, includes all supplies)
July 13-17; 10am-12pm: Anime & Manga with Keville (ages 9-15) Learn about the art of drawing these styles from Japan, and improve character and scene drawing skills. Explore the history of anime & manga, get inspired by movies and series, learn how to draw the characters, and make your own showing action! ($155.00, includes all supplies)
July 20-24; 10am-12pm: Drawing with Miss V (ages 5-10)- NEW PROJECTS! Learn about drawing materials and techniques with pencils, pastels, oil pastels, charcoal, and more! Miss V will lead students through some guided drawings to learn new materials and techniques, then students will be able to choose their own subjects. ($155.00, includes all supplies)
July 20- 24; 9:30am-12:30pm: Craftastic!! with Miss Laura (ages 9-15)- A week packed with crafts of all kinds using many different materials!! Learn weaving, how to make jewelry, and upcycle getting creative with cardboard, wood, plastic, ribbons, paper, shiny things, and more! ($175.00, includes all supplies)
July 27-31, 10am-12pm Minecraft Week with Miss V (ages 5-10) Based on the popular mining and crafting game, create projects about creepers, ores, and other game elements using a variety of art materials and taught by a fan of the game. We will start the week with a ceramic project, which will then be fired then picked up at a later. ($155.00, includes all supplies)
July 27- 31, 10am-12pm: Realistic Drawing & Painting with Miss Leslie (ages 9-15)- Learn professional artist techniques with instruction and guidance from a friendly trained artist. Students can bring their own photos and subjects and learn to make the come to life on canvas and paper using watercolor, pencils, pastel, and acrylic painting. Students of any level are encourage to improve their skills during this week of caring and supportive instruction. ($155.00, includes all supplies)
August 3-7; 10am-12pm: Wizarding World with Miss Laura (ages 5-10) - Exploring the world of the young wizard named Harry, creating art and sculpture of the tools, characters, and creatures from his magic school. Use a variety of art materials taught by a talented and true fan of that magical wizarding world!!! Adventure awaits….. ($155.00, includes all supplies)
August 3-7; 10am-12pm: Comic Book Creator Club with Keville (ages9-15)- Learn the basics of creating comic book stories, then create your own story which we then print and publish in a class comic book containing all the students’ work from the week! One printed Comic Book is included with the course, $5 per additional copies. Students who have taken Comic Book Creator previously can create new stories or continue a story. ($155.00, includes all supplies)
Aug 10-14; 10am-12pm: Myths, Legends, & Fantasy with Miss Lisa (ages 5-10)- Step into a world of Myths, Legends, & Fantasy in this immersive summer art camp where imagination takes the lead. Young artists will explore ancient Greek mythology and legendary creatures... from dragons, unicorns, mermaids, and fairies- to mysterious folklore like vampires, werewolves, even Pennsylvania's own Squonk! Campers will bring these stories to life using mixed media projects, collage, clay, crafts, canvas painting, and more. Each day invites students to invent characters, build worlds, and tell visual stories inspired by myth and fantasy traditions from around the world! ($155.00, includes all supplies)
Aug 10-14; 10am-12pm: Ceramics & Sculpture with Miss V (ages 9-15)- This week students work with a variety of sculpture materials with instruction on building with ceramic and air-dry clay, model magic, wood, cardboard, and more! After projects are built students will paint them further expanding their creative skills. We will start the week with ceramic projects, then create projects in different materials. Ceramic projects will need to be picked at a later date. ($175.00, includes all supplies)
